• During Construction – Members get complete details and cost breakup in writing & also on website & brochure.
• GOWO monitors the construction as per schedule and keeps members informed of construction schedule and delays as and when their payments are due.
• We help members who for some reason are not able to continue with their house and wish to cancel due to some personal requirement. For those members who have been paying on time, GOWO assists them in recovery of their paid up amounts. For members who have not been paying on time, GOWO does not take any responsibility, since they as per their declarations and agreemenst are required to pay interest & subject to deductions on delayed payments as per General Rules.
• GOWO takes up complaints of common nature with the Builder / developer.
• Post Completion / Handing Over – GOWO assists members – specially out station members in looking after their properties.
