All Clearances Obtained : (1) Licence. Director, Town & Country Planning, (TCP) Haryana, Memo No. DS-07/31919 dated 27-12-07 and Licence No 40 of 2008, dated 02 March 2008, Endst No. DS-2008/5516, pertaining to grant of Licence for setitng up goroup housing for 11.478 Acres. (2) AAI Clearance. Airports Authority of India (AAI) NOC obtained vide AAI letter AAI/NOC/2008/392/108-110 dated 20 Jan 2009. (3) Building Plans. Approval of building plans sanctioned vide TCP Memo No ZP-382/2953 dated 2 April 2009.
 
CONFIRMED ALLOTMENT PROCEDURE
 
REGISTRATION AMOUNT : 10% . Allotment OF FLOORS & HOUSE NUMBER WILL BE DONE ONLY ON RECEIPT OF 10%.
 
10% is Rs 3 Lakhs for 1200 Sq Ft, Rs 3.7 Lakhs for 1500 Sq Ft & Rs 4.3 Lakhs for 1800 Sq ft. Rs 5.4 Lakhs for 2215 Sq Ft & Rs 7.4 Lakhs for 2900 Sq ft apartment. On payment of 50000 a flat will be reserved for the applicant, provided 10% is received within 30 days.
 
No draw of lots. Once applicant pays 10%, member will be asked for 3 preferences of floors. GOWO tries to accommodate most members in their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice. If all members ask only for 1 st /2 nd /3 rd floors then only the allotment of those floors will be done by lottery / draw of lots.
 
Members who do not make timely payments of 10% within 30 days will not be allotted.
 
GOWO will not accept or keep 10% amount from any member if his allotment is not
confirmed. Once total number of houses in any category are completed, the registration
will be
closed and it will be marked in red on the website in front of that category.

PAPERWORK / BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT / BANK LOAN
REGISTRATION : 10% FOR ALLOTMENT. Those who need some extra time to arrange 10%, can take extensions in writing or email.
RECEIPT FOR REGISTRATION AMOUNT : On every payment a receipt will be sent by post on the postal address indicated by you in the application form. Three choices of floors and amount of bank loan required will also be asked along with 10%.
ALLOTMENT ON RECEIPT OF 10 % : : Allotment of house number & floor will be done on receipt of 10% payment. First allotment is likely to be done by mid Nov 09, for those members who have paid 10%.
CHOICE OF FLOORS : Please indicate your first 3 choices of floors by letter / email along with 10% payment. GOWO will try to accommodate most floor requests based on the three choices. in case of a tie, draw of lots will be resorted to.
BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT : Once 10% is received, the builder buyer agreement will be signed after the allotment of flat number.
BANK LOAN PAPERWORK : Bank loan has been approved. PLEASE NOTE THAT BANK LOAN WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU ONLY AFTER A FLAT NUMBER IS ALLOTTED AND BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT IS SIGNED. GOWO will assist in the paperwork for bank, specially for out station officers / those abroad and senior citizens.
HOME LOANS FOR MEMBERS : Loan has been approved from 4 banks INCLUDING SBI. We will be making available the numbers and email ids of all participating banks who will get your bankloan approved. They will advise you on all bank formalities / eligibility & help you get your home approved.
After registration amount of 10%, balance payment will be construction linked as indicated in the schedule below.
Possession within 30 months. + buffer 6 months & penal interest @ Rs 5.00 per Sq ft / per month, would be paid by GOWO to members if possession is delayed beyond 36 months. (translates to a minimum of 7500/ - per month for a 1500 sq ft apartment size.)

HOME LOAN. Home loan available from a choice of 4 banks. GOWO will get the home loan approved for individuals. Loan amounts will depend upon the individual's paying capacity. For senior citizens / retired officers - it is advisable that you take the house in joint ownership with your children - so that the eligibility amounts increase. Builder buyer agreement will be signed between the Bank, member, APT and GOWO.
 
BASIC AMENITIES :
One house will be handed over to the GOWO society, which can be used as a guest house for elderly citizens when required (on temporary basis). Property will belong to GOWO - Trust - to be used at the joint discretion of GOWO & the society.
One ambulance will be provided which should be able to give comfort in the event of need to not just the society but also to the general area – to be managed by GOWO & Society reps.
One car will be provided round the clock to the society to be used by elderly / senior citizens who can't self-drive.
Any other basic amenity / requirement can be discussed with GOWO committee by the RWA and if within the means & funds of GOWO, will be provided.
One coordinating member will be nominated by GOWO, whose services can be used by outstation officers / families who wish to have their apartments maintained and looked after when they are not in station.
One Rider (DR) with a bike who can be sent on small errands will be provided by GOWO – specially for senior citizens.
