CONFIRMED ALLOTMENT PROCEDURE :

REGISTRATION AMOUNT : REGISTRATION AMOUNT RS. 100,000/- + 10% of ALLOTMENT ALONG WITH REGISTRATION FORM. ALLOTMENT OF FLOORS & HOUSE NUMBER WILL BE DONE ONLY ON RECEIPT OF 10%.
10% is Rs 3.65 Lakhs for 1159 Sq Ft, Rs 4.25 Lakhs for 1345 Sq Ft, Rs 4.30 Lakhs for 1368 Sq ft., Rs 5.35 Lakhs for 1720 Sq Ft & Rs 5.80 Lakhs for 1868 Sq Ft, 6.60 Lakhs for 2145 Sq Ft, 7.05 lakhs for 2300 Sq Ft. and 8.20 Lakhs for 2696 Sq. Ft. apartment.
GOWO will not accept or keep 10% amount from any member if his allotment is not confirmed.
Once total number of houses in any category is completed, the registration will be closed and it will be marked in red on the website in front of that category

PAPERWORK / BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT / BANK LOAN :

REGISTRATION : Rs.1,00,000/-
RECEIPT FOR REGISTRATION AMOUNT : On every payment a receipt will be sent by post on the postal address indicated by you in the application form.
ALLOTMENT ON RECEIPT OF 10 % : : Allotment of house number & floor will be done on receipt of 10% payment.
BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT : Once 10% is received, the builder buyer agreement will be signed after the allotment of flat number, and home loan facilities will commence after paying 20%.
BANK LOAN PAPERWORK: PLEASE NOTE THAT BANK LOAN WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU ONLY AFTER A FLAT NUMBER IS ALLOTTED AND BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT IS SIGNED. GOWO will assist in the paperwork for bank, specially for out station officers / those abroad and senior citizens.
After registration amount of 10%, balance payment will be construction linked as indicated in the schedule below.
Possession within 30 months. + buffer 6 months & penal interest @ Rs 5.00 per Sq ft / per month, would be paid by GOWO to members if possession is delayed beyond 36 months. (translates to a minimum of 7500/ - per month for a 1500 sq ft apartment size.)

Receipt of registration amount shall be forwarded to applicants on their postal / mailing address.
All payments are to be paid in favour of “GOWO”, payable at New Delhi through At Par Cheques otherwise by Demand Drafts only.
