- RECEIPT FOR REGISTRATION AMOUNT : On every
payment a receipt will be sent by post on
the postal address indicated by you in the
application form.
- ALLOTMENT ON RECEIPT OF 10 % : : Allotment
of house number & floor will be done on
receipt of 10% payment.
- BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT : Once 10% is received,
the builder buyer agreement will be signed
after the allotment of flat number, and home
loan facilities will commence after paying 20%.
- BANK LOAN PAPERWORK: PLEASE NOTE THAT BANK
LOAN WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU ONLY AFTER A
FLAT NUMBER IS ALLOTTED AND BUILDER BUYER
AGREEMENT IS SIGNED. GOWO will assist in the
