10% is Rs 3.5 Lakhs for 1333 Sq Ft, Rs 3.6 Lakhs for 1345 Sq Ft, Rs 4.5 Lakhs for 1720 Sq ft., Rs 4.8 Lakhs for 1868 Sq Ft & Rs 5.5 Lakhs for 2145 Sq ft, 5.8 Lakhs for 2300 sq ft and 6.8 lakhs for 2696 lakhs apartment.
Members who do not make timely payments of 10% within 15 days will not be allotted. GOWO will not accept or keep 10% amount from any member if his allotment is not confirmed.
Once total number of houses in any category is completed, the registration will be closed and it will be marked in red on the website in front of that category

REGISTRATION
: Rs.5,0000/- + 10% FOR ALLOTMENT.
RECEIPT FOR REGISTRATION AMOUNT : On every
payment a receipt will be sent by post on
the postal address indicated by you in the
application form.
ALLOTMENT ON RECEIPT OF 10 % : : Allotment
of house number & floor will be done on
receipt of 10% payment.
BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT : Once 10% is received,
the builder buyer agreement will be signed
after the allotment of flat number, and home
loan facilities will commence.
BANK LOAN PAPERWORK: PLEASE NOTE THAT BANK
LOAN WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU ONLY AFTER A
FLAT NUMBER IS ALLOTTED AND BUILDER BUYER
AGREEMENT IS SIGNED. GOWO will assist in the
paperwork for bank, specially for out station
officers / those abroad and senior citizens.
After registration amount of 10%, balance
payment will be construction linked as indicated
in the schedule below.
Possession within 30 months. + buffer 6 months
& penal interest @ Rs 5.00 per Sq ft /
per month, would be paid by GOWO to members
if possession is delayed beyond 36 months.
(translates to a minimum of 7500/ - per month
for a 1500 sq ft apartment size.)
Cost
includes, club membership EDC, IDC,
PLC (At current Govt rates).
EXCLUSIONS:
Cost
does not include –
stamp
duty to be paid at the time of registration
after possession.
RWA / Society charges to be paid nearing
completion.(RS.50 psf).
Open /Covered car parking [@ 1.5 Lakh for
open & 2.5 Lakhs for Covered car

One
ambulance will be provided which should
be able to give comfort in the event
of need to not just the society but
also to the general area – to
be managed by GOWO & Society reps.
One car will be provided round the clock
to the society to be used by elderly
/ senior citizens who can't self-drive.
Any other basic amenity / requirement
can be discussed with GOWO committee
by the RWA and if within the means &
funds of GOWO, will be provided.
One coordinating member will be nominated
by GOWO, whose services can be used
by outstation officers / families who
wish to have their apartments maintained
and looked after when they are not in
station.
One Rider (DR) with a bike who can be
sent on small errands will be provided
by GOWO – specially for senior
citizens.
