MISCELLANEOUS: |

Members who do not make timely payments of 10% within 30 days will not be allotted an apartment. |

GOWO will not accept or keep 10% amount from any member if his allotment is not confirmed. |

 |
Once all flats in any category have been allotted, the registration for that category will be closed and it will be marked in red on the website. Waiting List will be maintained in each category thereafter. |
