No Lottery - First Come First Serve basis.
GOWO will facilitate bank loan approvals – likely duration 2 months.
Balance payment as per Payment Plans.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION:
Download application form from web site.
Send the application form duly filled along with supporting documents and Cheque/DD of Rs. 100,000/-
General Rules of GOWO shall apply.
Out station members are requested to send drafts/ multi-city at par cheques in favour of IAHS.
Please send through registered post to the mailing address of GOWO given at the end of this page.
Seniority will be maintained as per receipt of application form.
Receipt of registration amount shall be posted to applicants.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Members who do not make timely payments of 10% within 30 days will not be allotted an apartment.
GOWO will not accept or keep 10% amount from any member if his allotment is not confirmed.
Once all flats in any category have been allotted, the registration for that category will be closed and it will be marked in red on the website. Waiting List will be maintained in each category thereafter.
PAPERWORK / BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT / BANK LOAN:
REGISTRATION : 100,000/-
RECEIPT FOR REGISTRATION AMOUNT: On every payment, a receipt will be sent by courier on the postal address indicated by member in the application form.
BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT: Will be prepared and signed after the allotment of flat number once registration amount and 10% is received .
BANK LOAN PAPERWORK: Bank loan will be facilitated after receipt of registration amounts + 10%.
Possession within 30 months. Penal interest @ Rs 5.00 per Sq ft/ per month would be paid by Builder to members if possession is delayed beyond grace period of 03 months i.e. from 01 August 2013. (Translates to a minimum of 7500/ - per month for a 1500 sq ft apartment size)

One house will be converted into and used as a guest house when required (on temporary basis). Property will belong to GOWO - Trust - to be used at the joint discretion ofGOWO & the RWA of GOWO Towers only.
One ambulance will be provided which should be able to give comfort in the event of need to not just the society but also to the general area – to be managed by GOWO & RWA.
One car will be provided round the clock to the society to be used by elderly/ senior citizens who can't self-drive - to be managed by GOWO & RWA.
Any other basic amenity/ requirement can be discussed with GOWO committee by the RWA and if within the means & funds of GOWO, will be provided.
One coordinating member will be nominated by GOWO, whose services can be used by outstation officers/ families who wish to have their apartments maintained and looked after when they are not in station.
One Motor Cyclist with a bike who can be sent on small errands will be provided by GOWO – to be managed by GOWO & RWA.
PAYMENTS : - All payments/ letters are to be posted/ couriered/ hand delivered to Any of the GOWO addresses
All payments are to be paid in favour of “IAHS”, payable at New Delhi through At Par Cheques otherwise by Demand Drafts only
