SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT :
Registration amount i.e. Rs 100,000/- is to be paid in favour of IAHS Pvt Ltd payable at New Delhi through a local / At par cheque / Demand Draft / Pay Order only.
Booking Amount of 10% of the cost to be paid within 10 days of registration.
Allotment of flat numbers will be done after receipt of booking amount.
GOWO will facilitate provision of requisite documents for processing of loans from Banks/FIs.
Balance payment as per payment plans.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION:
Check availability on telephone/e-mail and choose your flat.
Download application form from web site.
Send the application form duly filled up along with at par cheque/ demand draft of Rs 100,000/- plus 10% of Cost of chosen flat in favour of IAHS Pvt Ltd. The amount can also be remitted through RTGS/NEFT.
General Rules of IAHS Pvt. Ltd. shall apply.
Receipt of Registration/Booking amount shall be posted to applicants. Scanned copy can be sent if e-mail address is provided.
MISCELLANEOUS
No draw of lots.
Members must make timely payments of booking amount to ensure allotment of a flat.
GOWO will accept booking amount from any member only against confirmed allotment.
Once all flats in any category have been allotted, the registration for that category will be closed and it will be marked in red on the website.

Possession by DEC. 2012 Penal interest @ Rs 5.00 per Sq ft / per month would be paid by Builders to members if possession is delayed beyond Dec. 2012 + grace period of 6 months.
